for every event there is always a long preparation, with hotel booking, transportation, scheduling, reports, monitoring, computer date, and the succeeding activities, daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, yearly. 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years,,,,, time management is composed of family time, office time(days in the office), travelling time(composed of time spend on the road, on the sea, in the airplane, in the hotels, and the proper working time...), only about 40 to 50% of the time is spend on work proper, the other 50% is spend on travelling time...
